How do you vote if you are homeless?

With the May 8 elections coming ever closer, what happens to the right to vote of homeless people? In this report, Bridget Lepere of Voice of Wits talks to people living on the cold streets of Johannesburg about how they view the election, and to the Independent Electoral Commission on how people vote who don’t have an address.
